PLUTA opens branch office in Wiesbaden

Strengthening its market position in Germany, PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH opened a new branch office in Wiesbaden in February. This further expands its local presence in the Rhine-Main region, especially in the area of insolvency administration. The new branch is located at Wilhelminenstraße 50, 65193 Wiesbaden.

The branch managers are attorneys Ms Christiane Patricia Herweg and Mr Philip Konen, who together also head up the branches in Frankfurt, Aschaffenburg and Darmstadt. Mr Philip Konen has been with the company since 2020 and is in charge of the restructuring business. His activities are focused on restructuring and turning around companies in crisis and insolvency situations and he is regularly appointed insolvency administrator. Ms Christiane Patricia Herweg is a specialist attorney for insolvency and restructuring law and has been with PLUTA since 2015. She has many years of experience in insolvency law, particularly in the area of insolvency rescission, and has for years been regularly appointed insolvency administrator. “We are purposefully expanding our position in the region by opening the branch in Wiesbaden and are looking forward to the new challenges ahead,” said both attorneys.

The PLUTA team is currently working on real estate proceedings from the Wiesbaden branch. The Traumhaus Group, for example, is involved in insolvency proceedings with several of its companies.
