Frank Mößle

Frank Mößle, graduate of Business Management, is one of the managing directors of PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH. He is the head of the Frankfurt and Koblenz branch offices that he set up together with Dr. Stephan Laubereau. Moreover, he is also responsible for the branch office in Mainz.

Frank was first appointed as an insolvency administrator at the same time as joining the company in 2004. Today, he is comissioned as an insolvency administrator at 10 courts. The focus of his work lies in restructuring companies of all size categories from a business point of view as part of insolvency proceedings. Furthermore, Frank is also active as the CRO in debtor-in-possession proceedings.

As a result of his many years of experience in the field of tax consultancy and auditing, when it comes to the continuation of business operations, he puts great value primarily on efficient management accounting with tools suitable for business planning. Thanks to his expertise in this field, he is able to give PLUTA’s insolvency administrators valuable support in complex proceedings.
