Marielle Burgi

Marielle Burgi holds a degree in business administration (FH) and has been with PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH since 2003.
She has been head of the financial statements department since 2005 and is responsible, for the preparation of insolvency financial statements and the review of accounting under insolvency law as well as the formulation and calculation of compensation applications in insolvency proceedings and self-administration proceedings. She is also responsible for procedural revision, the process of final distribution up to the termination of proceedings as well as the professional exchange with judicial officers and court experts.
