PLUTA welcomes new partner to the BTGGA international network

29 June 2023 · Ulm

PLUTA has been a member of BTG Global Advisory (BTGGA), an international network of independent consulting and restructuring firms, for several years. BTGGA has welcomed a new partner from Israel to its network – law firm Gissin & Co. Advocates.

The network now consists of eleven partners from the USA, Europe, Asia, Australia and South Africa. The law firm’s addition further strengthens the network’s international presence. Through cross-border cooperation with BTGGA, PLUTA can tap into the local specialist knowledge of the various network members for international mandates to advise clients in different jurisdictions and develop tailored solutions for complex situations.

The companies in the network offer a broad spectrum of services, including restructuring consultancy services, insolvency administration, planning/implementation of M&A transactions and forensic investigation.

Law firm Gissin was founded in Tel Aviv in 1994 by attorney Mr Guy Gissin, one of the leading attorneys in the region, and has a particular focus on restructuring and insolvency as well as litigation. Other core areas include capital markets law, M&A and corporate financing.

Restructuring expert Mr Ivo-Meinert Willrodt coordinates the cross-border activities in the international network for PLUTA. He said, “BTGGA is now one of the world’s largest independent networks in the area of insolvency and restructuring. We benefit from the international partners with whom we cooperate. With this global expertise, we can give our clients the best possible advice in difficult situations.”
