Dr. Maximilian Pluta appointed as Co-Managing Director of PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH

Dr. Maximilian Pluta has been Co-Managing Director of PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH since 1 December 2014. The Munich-based attorney, who has been working in the company since 2013, is responsible for the restructuring business.

Dr. Maximilian Pluta graduated in law and business administration from Regensburg University. He obtained a doctorate degree in 2009 and passed his tax consultant examinations in 2011. From 2008 to 2013, he worked for the auditing and consultancy company Ernst & Young in Hamburg. He has now joined PLUTA to reinforce the skills of their experienced management team.
